Local Mommies Group -- Being a Mom ROCKS!

Do you belong to a local Mommies Group in your area? One of my good friends, Amanda whom I met through work introduced me to my local mommy group, Richmond Mommies. It is a great way to have other mommy friends, playdates and Mommy Nights Out. For me, joining this group, it took me quite a while to actually get out and about, but once I joined the Moms on the Clock (working mommy) and became the moderator it really helped me to get out and meet other mom's and have playdates. I met a friend that is very dear to me, Kira and we are pretty close. I know there are other moms who have met such good friend through this group and love it.

This is a great way to meet other moms. I read a comment someone left me about one day I went to a Cloth Diaper / Baby Wearing playdate and someone said they wish they had something like that. In the Mommies area there is a Natural Living & Attachment Parenting.
