Thirsties New Duo Diaper Review and Giveaway (CLOSED at 6pm EST)

For a mom who is just learning to cloth diaper and learning the ins and outs, trust me when I say that I was so excited to learn that Thirsties was going to send me their New Duo Diaper to try out. She sent me one to try on both DD2 before she is completely potty trained and DD3, so I could test out both sizes, size 1 and 2. The diapers grow with your baby from baby to toddler. And the best part, there are only two sizes.

Needless to say, I was super excited about trying this diaper not only because I am new to cloth diapering, but because I have heard so many good things about this diaper.

When the diapers arrived, I tore into the bag with excitement and was so excited to see such beautiful diapers.

The inserts were of such high quality and I couldn't believe how super soft that they were. There are snaps for double protection.

Now it was time to wash them three times to rid the Hemp of the natural oils and fluffy for absorbency. They washed wonderfully and were just as soft when they were done as when I first got them.

Time to put the diaper to the test.

We tested these diapers during the day where either would only wear them for about 2-3 hours depending on the situation and then tested the diaper at night where DD2 slept all night long and DD3 slept anywhere from 4-6 hours at night at a time. As for the fit for them both, was great. They fit great and both girls seemed comfortable and could move around with ease.

So, I know you want to know how did these dipes hold up to the test for during the day and at night. Well, I have to tell you these diapers are amazing. No leaking and no wicking. Both girls were able to wear the Thirsties Duo Diaper and there not be any leaking. Secondly, DD3 is breastfed and you all know sometimes they have blowouts, and she had a blowout in this dipe and it also passed the test.
I certainly recommend this diaper to others and especially to someone when I hear they have problems with their diaper leaking at night. I was so excited that this diaper passed that test.
