Subscribers? Updated

Ok, I don't get it, I previously had almost 400 subscribers through Feedburner and I just checked it and it says I have 24?  I don't get it, what happened? 

Maybe I don't understand what the feedburner is??

Anyone help me?

This happened to The Fab Won a few weeks ago. Don't fret. The problem fixed itself and everyone still received all of their emails from her on time.
