@Franklin Goose -- You're Doing An Awesome Job

First, if you have anything negative to say, please do not post it here, because it will not be posted.  Secondly for all your mommies and daddies who love Franklin Goose, post here, I would love to see your positive thoughts.

Last night I received a message from "anonymous" about Franklin Goose.  I will tell you that I was pretty upset with the comment that I received because none of it was true.  I don't know who left this message and I am thankful that I do not have where it automatically posts because I wouldn't want anyone to see it.

I can't come to terms with what I received and honestly it will not even be talked of here nor I will not post the comment, I have rejected it.  But I am pretty upset with some of the things were said.

Franklin Goose you are local to me for one, but for two, I'm sorry that you have to deal with some of the negativity that is going on.  I for one am very thankful for all that you have done and all that you continue to do. You have really helped a lot of families and you are continuing to do so.

I don't care if it's taking them awhile. The stuff was FREE! No one forced anyone to get free stuff, everyone willingly wrote the reviews and made their orders - credit card or not!

I, like so many others, first learned about Franklin Goose because of their great $5 per review promotion. I immediately set to work reviewing each of the items I owned/tried, no more no less. I honestly thought the entire thing was too good to be true but figured, what was I losing by trying? And I am so glad I did!

I ended up ordering a new diaper bag, some toys for my son's birthday, and a couple organic Flip inserts with my credits. My diaper bag from Baby Star shipped immediately-love it by the way! The other items were "processing" for a long time. I figured they were free, so I could wait. I ordered on 4/7 in hopes that they would make if for DS3's first birthday on 5/15. By 5/13 I'd heard nothing about them shipping. I figured again that they were free so I'd just have to wait on them. He wouldn't notice if they were missing, right?

I left a comment on FG's FB page asking if anyone else had received their item (like mine) as I was hoping it would get here for DS3's birthday. FG responded and said they'd get it right out! So sweet! They sent it USPS so it would get here faster and it actually came on his birthday!! Yay!! I was so happy!

I, for one, am very pleased with the service and the responsiveness of their staff. I've never been ignored when I emailed (only once, but hey, no one ignored it). I just want to offer up a huge, public "Thank you!" to FG for all their hard work!!!!! :D

I don't understand how anyone could have anything negative to say about them after all they gave away! I could see that maybe some people are annoyed at the shipping delay, but really ? I am sure they are busy around the clock processing orders and shipping everything as quickly as possible. I just got my package last week and considering it was free (due to the review promotion) AND the shipping that they paid to get it to me in Canada was 3x what I paid...well I am a very happy customer and will be returning when I have the cash to get something I need.

I think Franklin Goose is *awesome*!!!! I can't understand how anyone can possibly complain about anything, after they went and had such a fantastic, unbelievable, and generous promotion. People who whine, complain, and gripe about stuff regarding that are just selfish, I guess. Franklin Goose is terrific, and I'm just patiently waiting for everything to settle down to order from them. I did not know they were local, though (I am semi-local to you), so I will have to check that out!

GO FRANKLIN GOOSE, YOU ROCK!

I love Franklin Goose!!! They are absolutely amazing and because of their promotion I was able to get two more of our favorite diapers for free & I still have credits left over! Yeah it took a few weeks to ship but so what, it was FREE! All it cost was my time to review products that we own and use.

Franklin Goose, you are awesome and will have my business for years to come!

Oh and for all the complainers out there..they didn't have to do this promotion. They didn't have to give us free credits. But they did. You are getting products for free...quit complaining!

I discovered Franklin Goose before this promo, and when I heard about the promo I was so afraid they were going to have to bite off more than they could chew. I am so surprised that they have swallowed it ALL, heard somewhere that this promo cost them over a million $!! And they are keeping up their end of the bargain anyhow! How can a company like that not rock? :)

We LOVE Franklin Goose. In my opinion their marketing campaign was genious! They have really built up a very loyal customer base almost overnight and are living up to their end of a great bargain.

I know we are recommending their store to all of our friends and sending family their to buy birthday/Christmas gifts for the kids.

I'm not sure how anyone could complain about FREE stuff, but there are some people who can find things to complain about no matter what the circumstances are.

My husband and I both did reviews, and he banked his money for a future baby, or toys for later on.

I got 3 diapers with mine. One has been here a while, and the others were rumparooz, and they said they were shipping either last week or this week, so it shouldn't be long. I signed up for their facebook thingamajig and that's how i found out the status of the orders. I didn't realize that I could look up and see if it had shipped or not on their site (never thought about it--wasn't overly worried since it was free), although we are getting towards PT'ing now so of course getting them soon would allow them for our current baby to use them before she's out of them!

wow I didn't know there were problems. I got all of my stuff super quickly! And love it all! Yippee.
