Kolcraft Contours Soybean 2-Stage Infant -Toddler Crib Mattress Review and Giveaway Ends 6/16

Infants,toddlers and children need to sleep just as comfortable and safe as a mommy and daddy does.  I recently reviewed a crib mattress from Kolcraft: Contours Soybean Stage-2 Infant-Toddler Crib Mattress.

Let me give you the low down on the mattress before I give you my thoughts on it.

When we first got the mattress, the first test was mommy and daddy must try it out.  I laid it on the floor and laid down on it, I was shocked to find out how soft it was.  I looked at DH and said I wish our mattress was like this.  We have been complaining that our back hurts a lot from our mattress, so he laid down on it and said, "I love it!" Its plush, but it is not so soft where you just completely fall into the mattress.  Even the older girls had to try it out and see what they thought of it.  Sister E got on and almost fell asleep until Daddy came home from work one night and she got her second wind.

Sister E was drinking some water one night on the mattress and I was pretty shocked when of course she dropped it and the top opened.  The Bamboo Fabric Cover repels stains and liquids.  So I was all about this, because I kept thinking about when Baby B is in her bed with a bottle and it leaks.

The mattress fit right into her crib which by the way, Sister E felt like we didn't need to put it in crib because she wanted it.  I like it mommy, I want it. 

The most important feature about this mattress was that it made of Latex foam, soybeans and bamboo which means that it is all made of natural products.  We never had allergy issues with a child before and when Baby B came along, she was the first one to be allergic to products and they bother her.  When in search for that perfect mattress, I had to look for all of this stuff, I was excited to come across Kolcraft because they were able to help me a long the way find the best product.

The next day, I put Baby B in her mattress for day time nap time and she went right on to sleep.  The mattress didn't leave impressions, not matter who laid on it (because remember mommy and daddy) checked out this crab to make sure we liked it. Why would want something for your kids that you didn't have .

What also amazes me is how big Kolcraft is and all the products that they produce. I am just amazed, and most of them are products that we all use everyday and probably don't even realize that we do.

You won't go wrong by making a purchase for this mattress, you will be impressed, we were.  Wish it was a king size bed and would fit right onto our bed.  BOOO.
