Menu Planning Monday

While this will be my first time doing the Menu Planning Monday, I am excited about it, but I just really hope that we can stick to it.

Monday: Shepards Pie

Tuesday: Chicken over Rice & Gravy

Wednesday: Meatloaf Muffins (DD2 loved these last time I made them)

Thursday: Spaghetti and Salad or Baked Spaghetti (don't know which one yet)

Friday: Left Overs or figure out something, may be an eat out night, not sure yet.

Saturday: (This is going to be our first date in almost 2 years, my mom is watching DD2 and DD1 will be with her dad and we are going away for the night, I am so excited and looking forward it) So, dinner is dinner. J

Sunday: I am not sure yet, maybe since we have to pick DD from my mom’s she will have dinner for us. J (Mom if you are reading this, HINT…HINT)
