I went looking into a lot of products and was looking for products that were without harsh additives and preservatives. Most of all, I was looking for something that was organic and safe for myself and my baby. I found
Nipple Nuture Balm and this was the only thing that I could find that I partically even cared for. It was designed to soothe, protect, heal sores and/or cracked nipples.
As soon as I received it, because I was in so much pain, I immediately opened this bad boy up. I expected this to be much thicker like most other stuff is and when I stuck my finger in to get some, my finger went to the bottom. It was soft and I really liked this because when putting it on my cracked nipples I didn't have to rub it in as much. So, I didn't feel as much pain. I could place this on before breastfeeding or after breastfeeding and it was safe for Baby B. But in my case, I put this in my breastpump bag and whenever it is time to pump, I put this on my nipples.
Within two days, my nipples were healed and I was a happy Momma again and no longer crying in pain when it was time to feed and pump. I still continue to use this at least once a day because it contains ingredients that has natural moisturizers
