As for my previous post for the "Why do Girls Pick on Girls?" post, I really appreciate all of your thoughtfut posts. As I watched the Lifetime Movie the other night, I just remember being in the girls place being "The Odd Girl Out" and honestly it was never a good feeling, being called names like "4 eyed Freak", "nerd", "dork" and so on and so forth. One of my commenters said to teach their kids with kindness and love and I so agree, but even growing up not all kids followed this without the direction of their parents.
I am ready for Friday afternoon to spend time with the family and enjoy some time down since we are out of work on Monday for Martin Luther King Day.

I hope you are feeling better. I went through the same thing you did growing up being hte odd girl out. Being from an orphanage did not help either. The scars remain but we fight and survive and become strong.
