So, I know I tell you guys I love my cloth diapers. Well here is one that I am really excited to share with you all, because they are so soft and squishy and just absolutely adorable.

Applecheeks sent me a Little Bundle Envelope Diaper to review and I was so excited. I couldn't believe how excited I was, and even moreso to share it with you all. I always read that people love these diapers and until I received them I now understand why. Baby B has enough diapers...she really does...so I unfortunately will not be able to get anymore than what I have, I just really wish I could have about five more of these. That is how much I love these diapers.
The envelope diaper is such a neat idea for a diaper and only comes in two sizes where most either have small, medium and large or a one size. These have a size 1 which fits from 7-20 lbs and size 2 which is 20-40 pounds. The envelope was made for daddy hands so that a father would be able to stuff the pocket. But I'm not sure how stuffing the pockets goes at your house, but my DH doesn't stuff here. :) Honestly though, its ok...I'm pretty particular about the inserts matching and them getting washed properly I probably wouldn't want him to mess with them anyway. But he did see if his hand would fit in the pocket and it does.

Like I normally do when we receive a diaper, I am always so excited that I wash it immediately so we can begin to use the diaper. As soon as it was ready to be worn, I immediately put it on her and I have to be honest here, it was done at night time so I just figured why not try my first shot at Baby B wearing it at night time. It was a huge success.
I love the frilly edges which allows for a breathable diaper. Baby B is a sweater just like her daddy and we have noticed with some diapers she sweats, but not with this one. The snug, durable elastic at both the waist and legs allow for a gentle and secure fit which is great for Baby B. There are many colors to pick from and great for either boy or girl. And have you seen the Rasberry Sorbet colored one? It is gorgeous, I must tell you! GORGEOUS! There is also two rows of snaps for a greater fit for your baby. Baby B is big and tall for her age, and the diaper is amazing and we are in love! Did I say already I wish I could just get more for our stash. Oh DH would just kill me!!
I normally let our sitter try the diapers out to, but I was a bit selfish on this on and didn't send them to her to test. I think that is more because if Baby B poos while she is at the sitters house, she doesn't clean it out and I didn't want it to sit in the diaper until I got home. Thankfully I have never had any issues with this, but I didn't really want this one to be the start of it. You know. So, I was a bit selfish on this one, this diaper is in the top 5 of my favorite diapers. However I will tell you, the poo really comes off quite easily, so that was never an issue anyway. What I also noticed with the insert, Ilana sent us is the
AppleCheeks™ One-Size 2-Layer Rayon from Bamboo/Organic Cotton Flats it is really soft just like the diaper and the poo never runs into the insert, which I absolutely adore. I tend to find myself sitting the inserts outside in the sun to get the stains out but thankfully not with this one.
One more awesomeness to tell you about with this diaper is that not only can you use this diaper as a pocket diaper, but you can use this as a cover and cover your fitted diapers that you have. I will be the first to tell you, that I didn't try this because I found my favorite with the pocket and just continued to use it that way. I do find myself washing this diaper quite often though so we can wear it more often because the fit is amazing and we have no leaks whatsoever.
Ok, ok, I have told you all I know about this diaper, except for the fact, I LOVE IT! Oh wait, I did tell you that. SORRY, I just can't tell you how much I love the diaper and that I really wish I could get more. Hmmm.
